Exercise also can help reduce the production of stress-related hormones that may contribute to pain. Indirect evidence shows that when you exercise, your level of stress diminishes. Reducing stress tends to quiet the adrenals. There is reduced hormone output, which helps control any number of health irregularities.

  • Adequate sleep
    It seems we can never get enough! Sleep is essential for maintaining your metabolism, but it is also important for your overall health.  During sleep cycles all the organs in your body go through a maintenance cycle including your brain.  Poor sleep is a precursor to dementia due to amyloid buildup that occurs when sleep cycles do not include the shrinking and cleansing of the brain.
